Democrats use the Courts to move their agenda forward - including Court favor in elections - while simultaneously claiming Republican Court victories are "voter suppression."
"Republicans in Texas are laying the groundwork to legally suppress the vote in Harris County— a democratic stronghold and the state’s largest county."
What "democratic stronghold" really means, including it being Democrat Party vernacular - it's "Democrat" stronghold, not "democratic" - is that if Democrats are in control, corruption and civil decay will prevail.

From the top, the 2022 Harris County elections were fraudulent. Republicans are moving to expose that fraud, while preventing it from happening again.
