"well done america, you failed them both" (1.).
Not sure if this photo is recent, or a stock photo from a previous event, but the photo, and the comment, certainly tell a far different story than any failure at the hands of Americans.
Americans vote, that is our right, our autonomy, our freedom; there is no right or wrong vote.
Whether or not a candidate compels a voter to vote for them, or not, is on the candidate, not the voter.
The sentiment that @maddi3_moo conveys, is that the voter serves the candidate, not that the candidate serves the voter. The former is not public service. What could be more disconnected from both freedom, and reality?
More fitting would be, "well done [Hillary and Kamala], you failed [ to make your case to your would-be constituents]."
Public servants are supposed to serve the people. Some get elected, then fail to serve. Some simply fail to get elected, and are therefore not public servants at all, only has-beens, and or wannabes.
