This wasn't through a legal Port of Entry, this was just to the flank of one. That would be a willful attempt to skirt even the most bastardized efforts by this Administration to let anyone in.
If you are allowed to enter the U.S. through a legal Port of Entry, but choose to storm the border to the flanks of one instead, you are certainly not a desired candidate for citizenship.
